ROCMEP is an independent mechanical and electrical contractor based in Crawley, West Sussex. The company is recognised across the construction industry as a trusted M&E Contractor working across a range of commercial and residential sectors.
Objectives
The company wanted to redevelop and rationalise their existing website, which had become outdated, wieldy and difficult to navigate. The brief was to create an up to date, visually eye-catching, branded website that they could update themselves as required.
The site needed to work effectively for large companies wanting to outsource their electrical work; as well as for smaller independents who required a more hand-holding approach.
Solution
The existing site was cluttered with pages and pages of news and blogs with no relevant SEO content. Our challenge was to consolidate this content into a coherent, optimised structure. While the site had to convey the diversity and extent of the electrical work ROC MEP carries out, it also needed to reflect the personal service the company is known for providing.
Working closely with the team at ROCMEP, we combined the new ROCMEP brand design with our website design and copy editing skills to produce a highly responsive, easy to navigate site. The site now clearly demonstrates the size and high quality of the corporate projects ROCMEP undertakes and showcases its nationwide services.
Results
ROCMEP now has a modern, clean-looking, fully optimised and flexible website with fast and clear navigation. It is built in a simple WordPress template which they can easily update and edit themselves. The format can also be easily expanded as their business develops.
