The Language Development Partnership (The LDP) helps non-native English speakers to improve their language within their individual business roles but works in a completely different way from language schools, for example coaching clients for a specific event such as an interview or presentation.
To launch the LDP as a brand and a new business, marketing them through a website, blog and e-newsletter and helping them build a database of potential B2B and B2C clients.
The LDP’s business model is unique and presented a number of challenges. The brand, website and marketing approach needed to differentiate them from their most obvious competitors (language schools) and clarify the specific benefits of language development. We started by developing a brand which emphasised their holistic and personal qualities and then applied it
With the database in place and a regular blog to enhance the LDP’s expert profile, an emailing campaign is now helping to grow the client’s database of potential clients, inviting them to find out more from the site and get in contact with the LDP in a ‘perfect circle’ of communication. We also produced a range of marketing materials to support the brand and website proposition.
