Hilary Thomson began her career in 1978 as a direct marketing copywriter, and in 1986 co-founded a creative consultancy and subsequently full-service advertising agency, Sheard Thomson Harris. As Executive Creative Director she worked on a wide variety of bluechip accounts and across a broad range of media. She sold her share of the agency in 1997 and has since worked as a copy consultant, specialising in direct and e-marketing.
Hilary has won numerous creative awards, and has been on the judging panels of the DMA, Direct Response and Business Innovation Awards, was a regular columnist in Direct Response and DM Business magazines and has lectured for the Institute of Direct Marketing. |
