The Guildford-based Light Touch Clinic launched in autumn 2009, specialising in non-surgical anti-ageing ‘injectable’ treatments such as Botox and Restylane. The business needed to generate interest for a launch event planned for December as well as attract leads from which to develop the business as quickly as possible.
Two Lizards recommended a direct marketing-led strategy focusing initially on direct mail and local direct response press, with a redeveloped website to flag up offers and contribute sales leads.
We purchased lists of women in Light Touch’s catchment area and fitting their client profile, supporting this with a local direct response press campaign. PR complemented the direct marketing by emphasising Light Touch’s positioning as a doctor-led clinic offering a highly specialist service in a luxurious setting. We also created a range of informative sales support material and further developed the website for search engine optimisation (SEO), supporting this with a Google adword campaign.
